No. LastOS sits on top of what you already have. You replace nothing and migrate nothing. “Go to original” always takes you back.

Who decides what runs autonomously?

Your Rules. They name the mode, and thresholds raise it, never lower it. A digital employee only works autonomously after 200 error-free cases in a row and at least 95 % accuracy over 90 days.

What happens if nobody approves?

The Rules set a deadline. Once it passes, the case is overdue, and you hear about it right away. Then it goes to the role the Rules name, for example site management. Until then, nothing leaves the building.

In data centers inside the EU, nowhere else. The data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is part of the contract. Your data never trains someone else’s model.

Autonomous

LastOS handles the case and delivers the Entry. You find it afterwards under “Done without approval”, with every step in the audit trail. Routine stays routine, and you keep the overview.

Approval required

One person decides before anything leaves the building. Above the approval limit of their role, they confirm a second time. One decision, clearly assigned.

Four eyes

Two people decide, one after the other. The second one sees what the first decided. For the cases where one signature is not enough.

Thresholds raise the mode, never lower it. A case that once required four eyes never drops back to autonomous through a later rule.

DIGITAL EMPLOYEES

Digital employees work supervised first, then on their own.

A digital employee starts under supervision and puts every case in front of you. After 200 error-free cases in a row and at least 95 % accuracy over 90 days, it works autonomously, within the thresholds of your Rules. One rejection resets the counter to zero. Responsibility grows with performance, never the other way around.

APPROVAL CENTER

Approve wherever you are.

Web: You pick the row, hit space, and the drawer shows the case with its calculation path. Approve or reject without leaving the list.
iPhone: Swipe right, and the sheet opens with everything you need for the decision. Done between two meetings.
Notification: You approve right in the notification, without opening the app. For four eyes, Face ID confirms who is deciding.
Chat: The case card appears in chat, and you decide right on it. Chat stays a tool, the decision lands in the case.
Email link: For people without the app. The link is valid for 24 hours and can be used once, then it expires.

COLLABORATION

One team, one task, one thread.

LastOS is meant to become the layer of work for whole teams. The plan is that every person sees what to do next, by when, and why. Everything in this section is planned and not yet part of the product.

PLANNED

Tasks for everyone on the team
Besides approvals, every person gets tasks: the minutes someone reviews, the customer request someone answers. Assigning and handing over stay visible, always with a reason. Who may approve is still decided by role, approval limit, and four eyes.
One conversation per task
Every task has its own conversation. LastOS reads along only where it has been visibly invited, and never in direct messages. Its posts carry the AI label and quote what they rely on. A person accepts or discards.
Cards where your team works
Tasks reach your team as a card in chat, as a mirrored task in task management or the CRM, and as a deadline in the calendar. Approvals stay in LastOS unless your company explicitly enables them for a tool, and then only in a direct message to the person. Everything can also be done directly in LastOS.
One tap back
Every card leads back to exactly this task in LastOS with one tap. Replies in the tool do not reach LastOS, so nothing gets decided past the task.
