Robert Schröder (Founder, Lastos) is the controller responsible for the processing of your personal data described below. You can reach us at privacy@lastos.io.
2. Data we collect via the waitlist
- Your email address
- The fact and timestamp of your consent
- Technical metadata (browser user agent, signup source)
3. Purpose & legal basis
We use your email solely to inform you about Lastos LOS™ early access and product updates related to your sign-up. The legal basis is your explicit consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
4. Storage & recipients
Data is stored on EU/US servers operated by our infrastructure provider (Supabase / Lovable Cloud) under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
5. Retention
We keep your email until you withdraw your consent or until the waitlist is closed and a reasonable transition period has ended, whichever comes first.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, as well as the right to object and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights — including withdrawing your consent at any time — please email privacy@lastos.io.
7. Changes
We may update this notice as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the email you provided.
